No. You must fill out the form on the website to put in an order. We cannot process your request without the form submission.
Our system will accept any request with any date. However, if you are submitting your request more than a month out, we cannot staff the request until we are within 2-3 weeks prior to booking. This is because of sitters availability and schedules.
As of 2023, we only service the state of Utah, primarily in the Summit, Salt Lake, and Utah counties.
We service the entire Park City and Heber area, as well as Solitude, Sundance, and other resorts that are farther up north. Please be aware that our hub for gear is located in Park City, and our gear angels will travel within a reasonable distance of Park City.

You must cancel before to the 48 hour window. If you cancel within 48 hours, or the night before your booking, you will be charged the 4 hour minimum.
Absolutely! So many of our sitters absolutely love animals and would love to take care of your fur baby. The billing rate would be the same as if it were one child.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within five minutes. The head coordinating angel will then send you another email when the order is confirmed. If your order is more than 3 weeks in advance, you may get a pending status email. This means we will approve it when it gets closer. Then, the delivery angel or babysitting angels will be in contact with you the day prior to confirm the job.
If the sitter arrives and the child in question is sick, it is up to the sitter whether or not they stay. Our company policy states that we do not care for sick children, but if the sitter determines they are fine with whatever illness the child has, they may stay. There is NO GUARANTEE that the sitter will stay to take care of your sick child. Our sitters work multiple jobs and they cannot put themselves at risk to get sick, and then therefore cannot work other jobs. If the sitter determines that they cannot stay due to the nature of the illness of your child, you will still be charged the 4 hour minimum in addition to the transportation fee.
Sitters always receive 100% of their gratuity.
Unfortunately, no. We have a four hour minimum for all jobs. The majority of our sitters commute anywhere from 30-90 minutes to get to you.
Our sitters are background checked, in addition to providing references, and are CPR + First Aid Certified. They each have experience taking care of children, and are a joy to be around!
No. Our sitters are insured through Guardian Angel, but not if they drive a child in their own vehicle. This would fall under your liability, and the sitters.
There are no age requirements. We treat every order case by case, and ensure to put the appropriate sitter with the appropriate family.

Yes. Any child under the age of 18 is considered under the sitters care and you will be charged accordingly.
You will need to email us directly to make any changes to the booking, unless you've already been in contact with the sitter. It is up to the sitter if they can accommodate time changes.
No. All of our gear must be picked up and delivered by our Delivery Angels.
Gear is always disinfected upon pick up, to be fresh and clean for the next person who rents it.
This includes delivery and set up of your items, as well as through cleaning when the items are picked up.
